For those that haven’t attended before; there is a five-a-side tournament played within each age group, with cups and medals for the winners. Refreshments will be available in the clubhouse plus a BBQ, ice-cream van, raffle as well as other games and stalls to entertain the family. Bring along your deck chairs and gazebos and make a day of it!
To make the occasion a success we require people to help set up the event and assist with running of stalls and raffle on the day. If you are able to help then please contact Glynis at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We also would be very grateful to anyone that can donate a prize for our raffle. Perhaps you may own a business that might be able to donate a voucher, or maybe you have unwanted bottles of wine , champagne or spirits in the cupboard or some good quality unwanted gifts? If so then please contact Sue Hare at email@example.com or drop the items into the clubhouse marked for her attention.
- All age groups are expected to participate so we ask manager and coaches not to book any small sided tournaments taking place on the same day.
- No dogs or smoking (including e-cigarettes) are allowed at any time.
- Car Parking at the clubhouse will be by permit only. Please walk to the event if possible.
